Team Tumbling Classes

Tumble with your team. these classes are designed to enhance yours team's tumbling. All skill levels are welcomed into one class that brings a team together and pushes them foward. Prices are based on team size and consecutive weeks.

Tumbling classes offered for boys and girls from ages 6 -18

Beginner

This class offers instruction in tumbling that includes foward and backward rolls, cartwheels, and round-offs. The student will learn the beginning body positions for back handsprings.

Intermediate

This class offers instruction to include backhandsprings, round off back handsprings and beginning back tucks. Prerequisite skills are a round off, cartwheel, handstand and back bend.

Advanced

This class offers instruction in advanced level tumbling to include back tucks, round off back tucks, layouts, and front tumbling. Prerequisite skills are round off back handspring, and standing back handspring.

All classes include jumps, arm motion techniques and some basic stunting.
