INSTRUCTORS

Christina - owner and director of Cheernastics. I began gymnastics at the age of 7 at the Brockton YMCA and the Raynham Park and Recreation gymnastics program. I cheered for the town of Raynham from 1991-1995 for the Raynham giants. In 1995 I cheered for the Raynham Indians Basketball team at LaLiberte Junior High School. I attended Pacheco's Gymnastics Center from 1995-1998 where I was a team member. I also entered into the Pacheco's cheerleading program. I cheered for Bridgewater- Raynham Regional High School from 1997-2000 on Junior Varsity and Varsity. I was the captain of Junior Varsity my sophomore year. In 2000 we won the O.C.L. league title. I was also on the Bridgewater-Raynham Varsity gymnastics team and we placed third in the state of Massachusetts from 1999-2000. In 1997-1998 I coached the Bridgewater Badgers A-team cheerleading squad and attended Nationals in Orlando Florida. I have taught and coordinated the cheerleading program at Pacheco's Gymnastics Center from 1999-2000. I also coached competitive gymnastics at Pacheco's Gymnastics Center. In 2001, I went to work at Spectrum Gymnastics where I coached recreational classes, team classes and coordinated the cheerleading program. I received an Associates Degree in Science (General Business) from Massassoit Community College. In 2006 I became the Varsity and Junior Varsity Head coach at Coyle Cassidy High School. I am a USA Gymnastics National Safety Certified and Professional Member. I am also nationally safety certified with AACCA for cheerleading. I am CPR and First Aid Certified. I am a member of the USASF.

Mr "C"- My name is Carmine & I'm the tumbling coach for Cheernastics. I began gymnastics back in the 70's in a recreational club w/ Plymouth-Carver High School. I have had a love for the sport for more than 30 years but did not start coaching until 12 years ago. I started coaching compulsory boys routines for Pacheco's Gymnastics Center, eventually learning to teach Optional routines where the boys get to make up their own routines. I then started to teach Girls' Compulsories and I now hold 2 Disciplines in the sport. I have produced numerous State & Regional Champions in the sport of gymnastics including National Qualifiers. I help Christina to coach several of her squads, including 3 High School Varsity & JV Squads, Cheernastics -Diesel All-Stars Senior, Junior & Mini Teams. Last year, we implemented Pre-school Tumbling classes of which I am the Program Director. I am also the Boy's Gymnastics Team Head Coach & Competition Meet Director for Rising Starz Gymnastics Academy located in the same building as Cheernastics & the Boys' Program Director for US Gymnastics Training Center summer camp located at Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA. I am CORI Certified, CPR & First-Aid Trained, Safety Certified through USA Gymnastics & AACCA for Cheerleading.
