ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING INFORMATION

WHAT IS ALL-STAR CHEERLEADING ?

A Cheerleading squad that is highly competitive and does not cheer for any other sport. These athletes train specifically for the purpose of competition. Cheernastics accomodates all levels of cheerleading. There are no specific skills required to join the team.

Depending on the season and age (4 and up), practice is 2-3 nights a week. Competitions and events are held on weekends. Training as a Diesel All-Star includes stretching, hip-hop dance, tumbling, stunt instruction and conditioning.
